Rent a room in grace hill studios

Are you a passionate health and wellbeing practitioner with a drive for providing 5-star service?


We encourage an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork, and would love to refer clients to known and trusted practitioners working within the studios.


All rooms are bright and beautifully furnished within a large Victorian townhouse premises, which is ideally situated in the heart of Folkestone.

It oozes charm whilst bringing about a sense of calm.


At Grace Hill Studios we have rooms available to rent on an hourly, full-day, weekly, and monthly rate.


With the option to be included on Online Booking your visibility to potential clients will be greatly increased.


The Loft Space is also available to be booked for regular classes as well as one-off workshops.


Available to rent are either a bright and spacious room with a manual height-adjustable treatment couch with face-hole, ideal for massage, reflexology, etc, or a smaller, more intimate space with comfortable chairs and soft-furnishings, ideal for talking therapies.


Also available is a light and bright loft-studio, ideal for group classes.


We have yoga mats and yoga blocks available for use, and folding chairs or inflatable Swiss balls if required.


All rooms and the loft studio have a buzzer-entry system, so you can let your next client in without having to leave your current session.

By opting-in to our Online Booking system potential clients can read your bio, see your therapies/classes offered, and book in to see you - all with just a few clicks.


Each time a client books in you will automatically be notified by email, and we will provide training to use the booking software so that you can book in clients to be seen at Grace Hill Studios yourself - keeping your diary completely up to date.

Therapy Rooms:

- Hourly: £15

- Half Day (9-1 or 1-5): £60

- Full-day (8 hours): £100

- Weekly & Monthly: On request


Loft Studio:

- Hourly: £18

- Workshops: £20 per hour


There is a 15 minute buffer period between each class. 

(ie, each teacher has 7.5 mins either side of their class to set up/clear away)
